Lyndal ‘Job Ready’ for Goulburn Lead
May 24, 2026
Incoming Goulburn Race Club CEO Lyndal Talarico gets her first solo look at a race meeting from the ground up this week when Goulburn hosts Friday racing in the tablelands.
The club’s new CEO has hit the ground running in the leadership role and says she is looking forward to helping drive the club’s ongoing development.
“I’m excited to be a part of the set up here at Goulburn, a club with a strong profile and plenty of potential,” Ms. Talarico offered.
After ten years as CEO at ‘Rowers on Cooks River’ (St George Rowing Club), Lyndal brings with her a clear leadership philosophy.
“A thriving racing club is built on strong community roots and smart commercial thinking.”
“Keeping the club deeply connected to its region while running a business that’s built to last.”
“In a nutshell good relationships and good business!”
Proof of this approach having shaped real results comes via her most recent role. Before relocating from Sydney to the Tablelands, Lyndal’s last major project delivered $1.2 million in annual expense savings and secured a sustainable business model that continues to pay dividends today.
Nominations for Goulburn’s upcoming race meeting on Friday 29th May, close Monday at 11.00am.
