Danielle Seib went oh so close to a winning treble as Chaotic Beauty (Coriah Keatings) and Eight Of A Kind (Jean Van Overmeire) scored with authority whilst her odds-on pop Sir Ming just missed in a tight photo finish…the judge’s verdict going the way of another local, the Scott Collings trained Own Them (Richard Bensley).
The former Hong Kong galloper proving the bookies friend scoring at $41. That gave Collings a long-priced double after Ticklebelly ($19) had scored earlier on the card.
Danny Williams kickstarted the “Mach 5” set of numbers for the locals by winning Race 2 with Jewel Approach, the ultra reliable Alysha Collett producing a textbook ride.
